Being able to catch employees doing things that they should not be doing is great. I am able to tell someone how long the are spending on websites for personal use when they come in for evaluations which shocks them that we would know. Other than that, WebWatcher is great for making sure that our employees are doing what they should and catching problems before they get out of hand.

I have had WebWatcher for about three weeks now. It is an awesome tool! I am getting the information I need in a timely manner. WebWatcher is very easy to use and user friendly. I am only needing the Keystroke and Screenshot features at this time, but they are invaluable.

The screenshots are very crisp and clear and provide a wealth of data. The keystroke logger is excellent as it provides both formatted and raw data. But perhaps the best feature is that it is virtually undetectable, even with system security software running.
