Q. Can I purchase now from one computer and install it later onto another computer?
A. Yes. We understand the sensitive nature of this product, and we understand completely that you may have a limited time time window during which you can install the software. That's why we've set it up so that you can purchase from any computer, and then download and install the software at a different time when it's convenient for you.

Q. My kid is much more knowledgeable with computers than I am. Will I be able to use WebWatcher successfully?
A. Yes. WebWatcher was created for use by people with little or no computer experience, and therefore,, WebWatcher does almost everything, including automatically hiding itself, for you.

You can rest assured that WebWatcher's invisibility feature is truly industrial grade - nothing else around even comes close. No matter how computer savvy your kid is, they will never know that the software has been installed.

Q. Can I monitor more than one child's computer?
A. Absolutely. With WebWatcher you can monitor an unlimited number of computers. And because of its web-based, all of the computers that you are monitoring will automatically send the recorded information to your online central reporting system.

That way, all you have to do is login to your secure online account, and you can watch what all of your kids are doing from one place. This way, no matter how many computers you need to monitor it'll be very easy to do. You'll need an individual copy of WebWatcher for each of the computers that you want to monitor. We offer aggressive discounts for volume purchases.

Q. Can I monitor my child's computer while I'm at work? Do I need to access their computer to see what has been recorded?
A. Because WebWatcher is web-based, you can monitor your child's computer activity over the Internet from any computer in the world. That's the WebWatcher advantage. Whether you're at work, away on business, or just another room in the same house, you'll be able to see exactly what your children are doing.

Q. Can I use WebWatcher to block websites?
A. Yes. WebWatcher gives you total control over the Internet. Not only can WebWatcher block the Internet based on the website address, WebWatcher's unique blocking feature will actually instantly scan the content of every web page that your child attempts to visit, and if it finds words that you've deemed inappropriate it will block the web page on the fly. This powerful feature ensures that your block list is always up-to-date.

Q. Is WebWatcher really invisible?
A. Completely. WebWatcher doesn't appear in the list of running processes or display as a service. There aren't even any visible files that can be found. No matter how good your child is with computers, they'll never be able to find WebWatcher.

Q. Will anti-virus, firewall or anti-monitoring programs disable WebWatcher?
A. No. WebWatcher will scan the system that you install it on at the time of installation to make sure there's nothing on the computer that's going to cause WebWatcher any problems. If WebWatcher detects a potential conflict a set of simple instructions on how to configure everything to will be displayed to help ensure that WebWatcher runs detected and isn't disabled.
